$500If you are a snow professional who’s interested in building your snowmobile skills and technique, or are looking to advance to the next level, the Wallowa Avalanche Center is offering a 2-day clinic on February 26-27. This clinic is open to Avalanche Forecasters, ski patrollers, ski guides and other industry professionals.
Description
What: 2-day riding clinic for avalanche forecasters, ski patrol, and ski guides, who are looking to build a solid foundation in snowmobile technique, or those looking for higher-level instruction. This clinic is open to industry professionals, so please reach out if you’re unsure if you qualify.
When: February 26-27
Where: The two-day course will utilize the Catherine Creek snowpark, which is outside of La Grande, OR. Riding will take place in the Western Wallowas. Staying in either La Grande, Baker City, or the small town of Union would be the best options.
Who: The instructors will be Nicole Sullivan and David Chadderdon, who have taught many clinics together over the years. David is based in Cody, WY, and Nicole lives just across the border in ID. They both have a passion for teaching people of all levels how to improve their snowmobile technique.
Cost: $500 per person
You must provide your own snowmobile and avalanche rescue gear to attend.
