Dug pit (N facing, 8100 Ft, 21* slope angle, 11:00 AM 2/13/21) 75 cm in depth to buried rain crust, total depth 250+cm. Right side up snowpack with about 25 cm of new storm snow. Storm layer failed on CM3 & ECTN9. The crust layer failed 75 cm from the surface (CT22 & ECTX). Skied low angle terrain (20-25*), saw no signs of instabilities, and snowpack generally felt safe. We saw wind slabs on NE facing slopes at higher elevations & ridgelines. Will be tracking how the new snow forms into a slab in the coming days. Great riding conditions!
