Southern Wallowas

Bottom Line

Three to four feet of snow accompanied by moderate to strong winds will create dangerous avalanche conditions into early next week.  If you find enough snow to get off the ground, the possibility exists to trigger an avalanche.  Look for signs such as cracking and collapsing or recent avalanches as indicators that the snowpack is unstable.

This forecast is sponsored by Outlaw Motorsports in Enterprise, OR.

We will update this General Avalanche Information post on or before Friday, December 8th, 2023.
